Since 2009, he has published a popular newsletter that combines empathetic behavior change research, humor, and pop-culture. These essays help people fail compassionately, navigate chaos, and try again differently.
Kamb has given talks on stages at conferences around the country, spoken at Google and Meta, and has guest-lectured at Vanderbilt University. He lives in Nashville, TN, where he plays golf decently and music poorly.
